Orders can be canceled by contacting our customer care team before the delivery slot’s cut-off time. Refunds will be issued as Store Credit or a Coupon Code for future purchases.

Yes, COD is available for deliveries in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
🔴 Can I use multiple discount codes for a single order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
🔴 Is it safe to share my card details with Jhama Sweets?

Shipping & Returns
🔴 How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
- For Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane: Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered on the same day (except on festival days).
- For other locations: Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days.
🔴 Can I return my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, please contact us if there are any issues with your order.
